Officer - Treasury Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform demanding clerical, data input, reconciliation, and monitoring services for treasury operations.
• Ensure all work adheres to Bank processes, procedures, standards, and external regulations.
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of market conditions, bank products, and services.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new or upgraded IT systems and products through robust user testing.
• Prepare reports and escalate irregularities to management and relevant regulating units.
• Provide business support during weekends and bank holidays to accommodate global market hours.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and internal departments with clarity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business, or Risk Management.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Treasury Operations.
• Strong understanding of Treasury Banking products, services, operations, and technology.
• Basic knowledge of relevant accounting standards for Treasury products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Visio.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
