About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within time management processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with section supervisors and managers to support project milestone activities.
  • Collaborate with the data governance team to maintain accurate data within SAP.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements related to time management.
  • Support regular compliance audits and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability of time-related data.
  • Capture time and prepare time sheet studies for standard time recording.
  • Gather, analyze, and maintain accurate time-related data for management assignments.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for time management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
  • Familiarity with time tracking tools and methodologies, such as Time Study or Motion Study.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, DynamicAX2012, or FlexPLM).
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized skill set.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in standard time creation.
  • Experience working within the jewelry industry.
