About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the quality improvement and patient safety program to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including UAE DOH, DHA, and Joint Commission International
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop performance measurement processes and action plans
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and guide evidence-based decision-making
- Foster a culture of safety through training, education, and proactive risk management initiatives
- Lead PSDA improvement projects across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality and patient safety
- Proven experience working in Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited facilities
- Proficiency in quality improvement principles, regulatory compliance, and data analysis
- CPHQ certification or equivalent (or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire)
