Officer, Quality and Patient Safety

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the quality improvement and patient safety program to achieve organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including UAE DOH, DHA, and Joint Commission International (JCI)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop performance measurement processes and action plans
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and guide evidence-based decision-making
• Foster a culture of safety through training, education, and proactive risk management initiatives
• Lead Patient Safety Data Analysis (PSDA) improvement projects across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality and patient safety
• Proven experience working within Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited facilities
• Proficiency in quality improvement principles, regulatory compliance, data analysis, and project management
• CPHQ certification or equivalent (or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire)
