Officer - Production

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage production equipment including granulation, capsule filling, compression, and coating machines
• Verify the cleaning and operation of production area equipment, instruments, containers, and accessories according to SOP and BMR
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), logbooks, and other required formats
• Maintain the production area and equipment in strict compliance with cGMP requirements
• Monitor and control production loss during manufacturing activities
• Perform in-process checks and record results accurately in BMR and logbooks
• Conduct trials following preventive maintenance work on respective equipment
• Monitor environmental conditions, pressure differentials, and calibration of metrological instruments
• Perform online data entry into SAP systems
• Manage material handling and rejections in accordance with GMP standards

Requirements

• B.Pharma degree
• 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production
• Hands-on knowledge of granulation, compression, and capsule filling equipment
• Proven experience with BMR and logbook documentation
• Proficiency in SAP data entry
