Officer – Order Execution

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the smooth execution of product sales orders from receipt in SAP to customer dispatch
• Process sales orders accurately and ensure all necessary documentation and contractual terms are fulfilled
• Create outbound delivery transactions and record deliveries to customers within SAP
• Ensure all order characteristics are entered correctly in the SAP-SD module
• Liaise with Manufacturing, Technical, Logistics, and Planning departments to fulfill outbound deliveries
• Post goods issue transactions for completed shipments and deliveries
• Generate customer invoices in accordance with contract terms and provide necessary data to Finance
• Maintain a database of sales presentations, proposals, and standard contracts for the sales team
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma or higher diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably in a computerized environment
• Practical training on the SAP-SD module
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to maintain a systematic approach with high levels of integrity and professionalism
