Officer, Marketing & Communication (Emirati Talent)

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of marketing and communication strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including social media, public relations, and corporate communications.
• Assist in planning and managing events, sponsorships, and employee engagement activities.
• Develop, proofread, and coordinate marketing content and communication materials in English.
• Coordinate marketing requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely execution.
• Support market research, benchmarking, and prepare reports to measure campaign performance.
• Liaise with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to support marketing activities.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, branding, and communication principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
