Responsibilities

- Coordinate insurance updates with doctors and frontline teams
- Track payments and reconcile remittances
- Maintain detailed and accurate records for all claims
- Assist with audits and provide training for new staff members
Requirements
- Mandatory Medical Coding Certification
- Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in pre-approvals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable skills in impartial presentation and reporting
