Officer - Finance and Accounts

Responsibilities

• Provide management accounting and accurate information for corporate business decisions
• Perform site-specific CAPEX and OPEX cost analysis and periodic reviews
• Manage credit control for site receivables and payables to maintain cash flow
• Support annual and monthly plant budgets and forecast preparations
• Check vendor invoices for compliance and process via Oracle
• Handle site-level monthly accounting including accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance for site-specific F&A matters
• Maintain internal controls in line with corporate guidelines
• Oversee inventory counts using cycle counting or spot checking methods

Requirements

• Post graduate in Commerce or MBA in Finance
• 6-8 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or process plant environment
• Strong focus on costing and knowledge of IGAAP
• Familiarity with commercial legislation such as GST Laws
• Proficiency in English; Hindi speaking skills are advantageous
• Strong eye for detail and financial planning tool application
