Officer, Events ZSP

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and successful delivery of Zayed Sustainability Prize events and activities
• Identify key global events to support the annual positioning of the Prize
• Coordinate event participation, attendance, and logistics for local, regional, and international events
• Manage project plans, venue selection, branding, and collaterals for all organized events
• Identify and coordinate with third-party agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery
• Execute procurement processes and ensure all activities remain within budget and time constraints
• Support the annual Awards Ceremony and relevant activities during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify improvements
• Prepare relevant reports and management updates for leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, event management, marketing, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing, event management, or outreach
• Advanced communication skills in both English and Arabic (verbal and written)
• Strong project management, research, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
