About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from distributors and customers regarding procedures, payments, administration guidelines, and case progress
- Provide one-stop service and comprehensive solutions to distributors and customers
- Recommend process reviews and revamps to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Assist in various ad hoc projects as assigned by the management team
Requirements
- University graduate preferred, or 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial or insurance industries
- Experience in frontline servicing is highly preferred
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- IIQE (Paper 1, 3, and 5) license holder
