About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support for end users, including troubleshooting Windows and MacOS clients
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing stock, and coordinating desk moves
- Diagnose equipment issues and organize the safe disposal of hardware
- Maintain an orderly workplace environment, including storerooms and floor plan diagrams
- Support office facilities and coordinate with landlords, contractors, and global support teams
- Provide occasional weekend or late-night support for system upgrades and urgent user issues
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an IT helpdesk environment
- Proficiency with Windows 11, MacOS, and Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of network principles and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and a proactive, self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday (this is a 6-month contract position)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting users in virtual desktop environments
- Strong IT troubleshooting techniques and a passion for technology
