About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide 5-star customer service to all employees and visitors
  • Answer calls and manage reception or concierge coverage
  • Assist with light facilities duties, including ordering supplies and stocking kitchens
  • Receive, sort, and distribute inbound and outbound mail and packages
  • Manage shipping and receiving transactions and documentation
  • Assist with office moves and conference room setups
  • Monitor and assist with copy/print equipment functionality
  • Proactively seek additional work during downtime

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and PC skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and hours
  • Ability to work in a floating capacity across different client sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6+ months of prior work experience
  • Working knowledge of MFD equipment
