About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain team member personnel information and manage HR recordkeeping
- Oversee the associate lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate IT account setup and assist with technology needs
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll submission and compliance
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment processes
- Assist with Risk Management and workers’ compensation reporting
- Supervise receptionist scheduling and performance
- Manage office supplies, department budgets, and community expenses
- Maintain community licenses and certificates per regulatory requirements
- Support care of community pets
Requirements
- 3+ years of business office management experience preferred
- 2+ years of HR experience with knowledge of employment and payroll laws
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around animals and pets
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
