About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors at the Westbrook office and answer/route incoming phone calls
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies, ensuring common areas remain tidy
  • Support the sales team by entering orders, providing invoices/statements, and running weekly reports
  • Compile twice-weekly sales reports
  • Assist the accounting and promotions departments with various tasks as requested

Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to engage positively with clients, vendors, and coworkers
  • Familiarity with computer systems and office management software

  • Previous experience in a sales or administrative role
