Office Practice Leader II

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to develop and lead a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive leadership team for the Los Angeles office
• Develop and implement a yearly strategic business plan to achieve top-line growth targets
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Living-Centered Design ethos to clients and the community
• Drive office growth with a target of 10% year-over-year and personal net signed fees of $3.0M
• Partner with Market and Service Leaders to expand market presence and integrated design services
• Mentor and coach future leaders and oversee staff development and engagement
• Oversee client leadership development and implement engagement processes
• Champion best practices in project management, risk management, and office profitability
• Represent office leadership in firm-wide meetings and internal communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 20 years of related experience
• Proven track record of business development success and top-line growth
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• High level of business and professional acumen
• Ability to travel as required

• Master's degree
• Professional licensure
