About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to develop and lead a high-performance, diverse, and inclusive leadership team for the Dallas office
  • Implement yearly strategic business plans to achieve top-line growth targets of at least 10% year-over-year
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the Living-Centered Design ethos to clients and the community
  • Drive business development and achieve a personal goal of $2.0M per year in net signed fees
  • Mentor and coach staff to develop future leaders and advance client leadership best practices
  • Partner with regional leadership to address senior talent needs and optimize office profitability
  • Engage directly on billable project work at a high level to foster strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • Proven track record of business development success and top-line growth
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • High level of business and professional acumen
  • Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Professional licensure
  • Relevant industry certifications or training
