Office & People Partnering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dual-function specialist split between Office Management and People Practices for the Bangalore site.
• Manage local onboarding for India employees, including office access, scheduling, and benefits setup.
• Act as the local point of contact for APAC employees regarding company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues and support performance management and L&D efforts.
• Manage office site operations, including vendor coordination, procurement, and site maintenance.
• Coordinate office expenses, supplies, and catering with global administrative and finance teams.
• Facilitate employee engagement through team-building activities, offsites, and internal events.
• Support local talent acquisition efforts by assisting on-site candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager, People Program Manager, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of APAC HR laws and regulations, specifically in India and Thailand.
• Proficiency in Google Applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail) and experience with HRIS systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with high integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using HiBob HRIS.
• Relevant HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
