About the role
Responsibilities
- Support administrative and office operations in Buenos Aires to provide an excellent experience for team members and visitors
- Manage facilities contracts, including office maintenance and cleaning services
- Coordinate office events, client visits, and team happy hours
- Execute new hire onboarding tasks, such as setting up desks and preparing welcome gifts
- Manage logistics for new office setups and team moves
- Provide front desk coverage and manage visitor/delivery intake systems
- Ensure office opening and closing procedures follow company policies
- Track and resolve work orders and facilities requests
- Submit monthly expense reports for office purchases
Requirements
- 3+ years of administrative or office operations experience
- Proficient in English communication and writing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks like bending and reaching
- Proactive, helpful, and independent problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of facilities-related issues and experience working with contractors
- Proficiency with G-Suite
