The Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health, in partnership with Stanford Medicine and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, unlocks philanthropy to transform health for children and families in Northern California and around the world.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage phone coverage for the main line
- Maintain office and kitchen space appearance and functionality
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Order office supplies as needed
- Update front desk and office operations documentation
- Assist with prospect research data cleanup and record validation
Requirements
- 2+ years of office administration or related experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
- Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with office vendor management or facilities coordination
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or higher education sectors
- Experience using a constituent database (CRM)
