Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage phone coverage for the main line
  • Maintain office and kitchen space appearance and functionality
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Update front desk and office operations documentation
  • Assist with prospect research data cleanup and record validation

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office administration or related experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information
  • Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments
