Office Manager & Workplace Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations of the NYC office for approximately 200 employees
• Manage relationships with building management, landlords, and external vendors
• Lead and develop a workplace team including reception and facilities staff
• Manage multiple budgets for facilities, supplies, food and beverage, and events
• Design and execute workplace experience strategies and corporate events
• Coordinate IT infrastructure projects and workspace technology
• Oversee catering and daily lunch delivery programs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or facilities
• Experience managing six-figure+ budgets and vendor negotiations
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics and competing priorities
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance and space planning
