Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage localized base operations, including shift scheduling, compensation structures, and local talent development.
• Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for local teams.
• Build employee support systems covering visa processing, accommodation, and transportation.
• Lead autonomous driving data annotation projects, managing production delivery for 2D/3D bounding boxes and semantic segmentation.
• Monitor project profitability and ROI, ensuring operational costs remain within target labor cost ratios.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations, visa systems, and contract procedures.
• Coordinate with overseas clients and maintain relationships with local government authorities and external stakeholders.
• Oversee daily administrative tasks, including facility management, utility payments, and expense reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management, HR, BPO, or data annotation project management.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese language ability.
• Strong knowledge of Middle East labor regulations and local recruitment practices.
• Proven skills in data analysis, cost control, and project management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale autonomous driving data annotation projects.
• Deep familiarity with Middle East labor laws and localization operations.
