Responsibilities

Depending on the specific track (Communications, Data & Systems, or Finance), responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a primary contact for school constituents via phone, email, and in person
  • Managing student enrollment, re-enrollment, and daily attendance systems
  • Maintaining accurate student information and files
  • Handling bill pay, accounting, and procurement
  • Managing supply inventory for students, staff, and events
  • Supporting logistics and setup for school activities and events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 to 3 years of teaching or school administrative office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
  • Proficiency in maintaining key systems like attendance and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish-speaking skills
