Responsibilities
Depending on the specific track (Communications, Data & Systems, or Finance), responsibilities include:
- Serving as a primary contact for school constituents via phone, email, and in person
- Managing student enrollment, re-enrollment, and daily attendance systems
- Maintaining accurate student information and files
- Handling bill pay, accounting, and procurement
- Managing supply inventory for students, staff, and events
- Supporting logistics and setup for school activities and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 to 3 years of teaching or school administrative office experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
- Proficiency in maintaining key systems like attendance and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking skills
