About the role

Responsibilities

Depending on the specific track (Communications, Data & Systems, or Finance), responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a primary contact for school constituents via phone, email, and in person
  • Managing student enrollment, re-enrollment, and daily attendance systems
  • Maintaining accurate student information and files
  • Handling bill pay, accounting, and procurement for school supplies
  • Maintaining Student Information Systems
  • Planning and supporting logistics for school events and activities

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of teaching or school administrative office experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure
  • High level of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred
