About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including mail, deliveries, and supplies
- Oversee vendor relationships, invoicing via D365, and budget optimization
- Coordinate office logistics, meeting rooms, and physical/digital archiving
- Manage PPE stocks, orders, and traceability
- Provide administrative support, including calendar management and travel organization
- Coordinate employee onboarding (equipment, access, badges)
- Act as the primary contact for building hospitality and maintenance services
- Manage building access, security badges, and visitor registers
- Coordinate with IT for hardware procurement and basic equipment configuration
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in French and English (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy
- Excellent service orientation and teamwork abilities
- Proactive approach to anticipating needs
