Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the heart of the Frankfurt office, handling internal and external communication and general office tasks.
• Manage administrative duties including incoming mail, correspondence, and filing organization.
• Coordinate organizational tasks such as travel planning, team events, and meeting room preparation.
• Oversee office ordering and procurement processes.
• Support the management, sales, and operations teams with property management, statistics, and evaluations.
• Greet guests and maintain a professional reception area.

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training.
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable office management or administrative role.
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel.
• Fluent German (written and spoken); English skills are a plus.
• Highly structured working style, reliable, and proactive.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high levels of confidentiality.
