About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage front of house and reception to ensure smooth daily operations
- Act as primary liaison with building management for maintenance and security
- Manage office resources, supplies, budgeting, and ordering
- Coordinate travel arrangements across the agency
- Plan and execute meetings, agency functions, and client events
- Provide executive support to the CEO and Managing Director
Requirements
- Proven experience in Office Management, Administration, or Reception
- Experience in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Right to live and work in Australia
