About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage front of house and reception to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Act as primary liaison with building management for maintenance and security
  • Manage office resources, supplies, budgeting, and ordering
  • Coordinate travel arrangements across the agency
  • Plan and execute meetings, agency functions, and client events
  • Provide executive support to the CEO and Managing Director

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Office Management, Administration, or Reception
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Right to live and work in Australia
