About the role

About the Company

TGP International is a hospitality agency based in London with 7 offices internationally. We team up with passionate brands, clients and entrepreneurs to make their long-term vision a reality through concept development, creative interior design, graphic design & branding, franchising, advisory & operational services and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and role model a culture that supports collaboration, respect and accountability
  • Implement People & Culture strategies and initiatives
  • Manage office resources, supplies, time and people
  • Onboard new starters and coordinate company induction plans
  • Manage diaries and provide admin support to 2 Leadership team members
  • Handle internal communications and update Monthly Company Dashboards
  • Produce reports, contracts, correspondence, and management-level presentations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the entire team
  • Troubleshoot IT issues for UK and overseas teams
  • Update Company Profile, Representation Decks, and Company Handbooks
  • Monitor and filter Graphic Design requests
  • Coordinate interviews, exit interviews, and offboarding
  • Prepare and run Monthly Team Meetings and schedule monthly chats
  • Monitor team absences, holiday trackers, and calendars
  • Manage office expenses and assist team with expense claims

Requirements

  • Business admin degree or equivalent
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in technology and problem-solving
  • High attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility and openness to change
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
