About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to improve management efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Oversee property-level accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy in the General Ledger and following up on past due tenant balances.
  • Support the management team with budgeting processes, including budget creation, reforecasting, and expense tracking.
  • Manage and train Tanger Ambassador staff, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, retailers, and shoppers.
  • Coordinate marketing activations, signage, and community outreach efforts in collaboration with the Marketing Director.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty as required, leading crisis management processes and addressing urgent onsite needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
  • 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with financial administration.
  • Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights, holidays, or weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or Human Resources.
  • Experience working in a commercial real estate or retail environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
