About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement, review, and continuously improve administrative and office procedures
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative activities and day-to-day operations
- Plan and coordinate office services including equipment, supplies, and inventory
- Support operating budget preparation and maintain budgetary controls
- Track budgets and expenditures with clear documentation
- Plan and execute social events, guest programs, and internal initiatives
- Manage event logistics including planning, coordination, and vendor management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and French
- Postsecondary diploma in Office Management, Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
