About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement, review, and continuously improve administrative and office procedures
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative activities and day-to-day operations
  • Plan and coordinate office services including equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Support operating budget preparation and maintain budgetary controls
  • Track budgets and expenditures with clear documentation
  • Plan and execute social events, guest programs, and internal initiatives
  • Manage event logistics including planning, coordination, and vendor management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Postsecondary diploma in Office Management, Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
