About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth functioning of the office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain organized filing systems and handle administrative tasks
- Supervise office staff and provide support as needed
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communications professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting and accounting tasks related to office expenditures
- Support management with various projects and tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
