About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow up with suppliers to collect and validate invoices
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice tracking and collections
- Assist with bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and documentation of finance transactions
- Coordinate with external accountants and manage the execution of contracts
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and manage vendor relationships
- Support basic HR and administrative processes, such as onboarding logistics
- Maintain organized company files and tools including Google Drive and Notion
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, office management, or finance support
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and general office tools
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiarity with ERPs or specialized finance tools
- Experience coordinating vendors or managing office operations
Benefits
- Salary between €28,000 and €32,000 gross per year, depending on seniority
