Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of the Bucharest office, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment
• Coordinate building services including cleaning, security, reception, waste management, and HVAC
• Manage reception desk operations and visitor management systems
• Act as Secretary of the OHS Committee (CSSM) and support compliance with Romanian Health & Safety legislation (SSM and PSI)
• Assist with risk assessments, fire safety compliance, drills, and incident reporting
• Liaise with landlords, property managers, and service providers to manage contracts and SLAs
• Raise and track purchase orders, invoices, and support budget tracking
• Support office moves, space reconfigurations, and workplace-related employee events

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities, office management, or workplace operations
• Knowledge of Romanian Health & Safety (SSM/PSI)
• Experience managing vendors and service providers
• Fluent Romanian and good working knowledge of English
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a multinational or corporate environment
• Facilities, health & safety, or technical qualifications
• Experience supporting office-related projects
• First Aid Certification
