Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Dallas office.
• Manage vendor relationships and recurring services, including supplies, catering, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with building management regarding access, repairs, and fire safety compliance.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding by managing building access and logistics.
• Administer facility-related expenses, including purchase orders, invoice approvals, and budget tracking.
• Maintain emergency response protocols and support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives.
• Coordinate office moves, furniture changes, and space utilization reviews.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities or workplace operations within a corporate setting.
• Strong vendor management skills across both hard and soft services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• First Aid/CPR training or a willingness to obtain certification.
• Knowledge of Texas building codes and local municipal requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Facilities certification such as BOMI, IFMA, or FMA.
