Responsibilities
- Maintain the office rhythm systematically and with care
- Set up procurement processes for all necessary office supplies
- Manage office expenses, work with invoices, documents, and spreadsheets to optimize costs
- Continuously improve the office space to create a comfortable environment for work and networking
- Coordinate maintenance staff, cleaning services, furniture delivery, and all operational moments
- Actively organize events, team buildings, and business gatherings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries
Requirements
- Responsible and independent with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to switch flexibly between strategic and creative tasks
- Proactive approach to improving office space and ownership of changes
- Analytical thinking with comfort working with data and spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Experience in event organization and vendor coordination
- Willingness to tackle complex or unfamiliar tasks as learning opportunities
