About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the New York City office to ensure a smooth and functional work environment
  • Serve as the first point of contact for facilities, supplies, vendors, maintenance, and workplace logistics
  • Manage relationships with external partners including landlords, cleaning services, and IT support
  • Oversee the office budget, expense tracking, and invoice handling in collaboration with Finance
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by preparing desks, equipment, and access badges
  • Maintain and improve office processes and documentation while fostering a positive in-office culture

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the domain

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup or scale-up
  • Experience with office moves, expansions, or setting up new workspaces
  • Experience supporting team events, off-sites, or internal culture initiatives
