About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality of shared spaces
  • Track office supply inventory and place orders for general office and facility-related needs
  • Manage space planning, office moves, and workstation setup
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, candidates, and third-party vendors
  • Serve as point of contact for general office inquiries and support requests
  • Lead and assist in administrative and other projects as needs arise across business functions

Requirements

  • Experience in office or facilities management
  • Proven track record of building working relationships with employees, candidates, and third parties
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule requiring four days a week in the San Francisco office
