About the role
Responsibilities
- Own daily office operations including supply management, kitchen stocking, and mail handling
- Coordinate facilities and vendors such as cleaning, maintenance, and construction projects
- Manage front-of-house experience, visitor logistics, and reception support
- Plan and execute office events, catered lunches, and employee celebrations
- Support executive hospitality for board meetings and investor visits
- Oversee shared spaces including kitchens, meeting rooms, and common areas
- Manage office access, badges, and general security logistics
- Support equipment stipend administration and operational tracking
- Lead office projects such as space improvements and branding initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management, facilities, or similar roles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Capability to perform basic manual tasks like assembling furniture
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the office for extended periods
