About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own general office administration, guest welcoming, and high-touch office tours
  • Design and execute workplace experiences and office events to foster connection
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and the office budget
  • Act as the primary workplace point of contact for Boston-based executives
  • Manage seating charts and workspace planning to optimize collaboration
  • Oversee office cleanliness, supplies, and maintenance in alignment with brand standards
  • Serve as the central liaison with building and property management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in workplace management, office operations, or high-level administrative leadership
  • Proven ability to build and scale programs and processes in a growing environment
  • Experience working autonomously with broad scope and limited oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting policies and announcements
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and asynchronous collaboration tools
  • Ability to work onsite in Boston 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting office build-outs or managing an office move
  • Experience in a high-growth or changing business environment
