Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure the office is well-organized and operates smoothly on a daily basis
• Coordinate office cleaning and maintain a tidy, comfortable workspace
• Manage the procurement of office supplies, kitchen items, and other essentials
• Organize and coordinate daily or scheduled team lunch orders
• Liaise with vendors and service providers regarding office maintenance and supplies
• Handle administrative tasks with Cyprus-based service providers, including managing postal correspondence and collecting employer documents
• Coordinate internal communications related to office operations and workplace updates
• Assist employees with day-to-day office-related requests and maintain meeting rooms
• Coordinate small office events, catering, and internal arrangements
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve office processes and the overall workplace experience

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Russian
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Conversational knowledge of Greek
• Confidence in public speaking
