About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate HVAC repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facilities maintenance
- Oversee janitorial services and act as the primary contact for facility vendors
- Manage office access control, including keys, alarm codes, and security policies
- Maintain office, cleaning, and breakroom supplies and manage company-branded items
- Research, apply for, and maintain company licenses and contractor registrations across multiple states
- Track continuing education requirements and license renewal statuses
- Assist with office event logistics, including meals, supplies, and decorations
Requirements
- Prior experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulatory compliance
