About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, facilities, and workplace administration for Bangalore and Delhi offices
- Coordinate new joiner onboarding, asset management, and IT equipment logistics
- Oversee vendor relationships, procurement, and monthly invoice processing
- Drive employee engagement through the management of the annual activities calendar and office celebrations
- Ensure statutory compliance, maintain office documentation, and support internal audits
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visitor hospitality, and courier services
- Maintain detailed operational trackers for assets, inventory, expenses, and maintenance
- Support business continuity planning and workplace safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in office management or facilities administration
- Proven ability to coordinate complex logistics and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational skills for managing assets and inventory
- Ability to manage office budgets and expense tracking
- Experience in planning employee engagement events and office celebrations
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and operational reports
