About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, facilities, and administrative processes
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate office maintenance, health and safety, and workspace organisation
  • Support onboarding and general employee administration
  • Manage diaries, meeting rooms, travel bookings, and office events
  • Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities effectively
  • Maintain office budgets, invoices, and expense records
  • Support internal communications and operational coordination
  • Ensure company policies and office procedures are followed
  • Assist leadership with general business support tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Ability to manage suppliers, facilities, and budgets effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment is beneficial
