About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, facilities, and administrative processes
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate office maintenance, health and safety, and workspace organisation
- Support onboarding and general employee administration
- Manage diaries, meeting rooms, travel bookings, and office events
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Maintain office budgets, invoices, and expense records
- Support internal communications and operational coordination
- Ensure company policies and office procedures are followed
- Assist leadership with general business support tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Ability to manage suppliers, facilities, and budgets effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment is beneficial
