About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for departments and support HR with the hiring process
- Provide calendar management for the Program Director and coordinate meetings and special events
- Perform general administrative duties including preparing documents, filing, and ordering supplies
- Manage the office phone system, mail, and deliveries
- Strategically manage the office calendar and employee timekeeping system
- Manage the monthly supply order process and track expenses against the budget
- Track staff trainings and maintain records in SharePoint
- Maintain office space inventory and collaborate with the Facilities Department to ensure a professional environment
- Manage schedules for special programs, such as tax and internship programs
- Responsible for opening and closing the site as scheduled
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong work ethic with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of related administrative experience
- Knowledge of Google Suite
- Experience with HR or accounting software
