Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of the Craigmiles School of Nursing (CSON) and manage routine departmental operations.
• Maintain official correspondence, calendars, and schedules for the CSON and its Director.
• Serve as a liaison between the nursing school and university support services such as Admissions, Financial Aid, HR, and Purchasing.
• Coordinate with the Admissions Office to track and guide prospective and admitted students through the application pipeline.
• Oversee office inventory, supply ordering, purchase orders, and monthly purchasing card reconciliations.
• Manage and maintain all CSON student files, records, and departmental data.
• Assist in the preparation of accreditation reports and regulatory documentation for state and national nursing boards.
• Support faculty by scheduling committee meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining curricular documents.
• Supervise student employees, temporary staff, and volunteers.

Requirements

• Vibrant, personal Christian faith with a clear testimony of Christian conversion.
• Active involvement in an evangelical church (preferably Southern Baptist).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other office applications.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years of managerial or administrative experience.
