About the role

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of Gong in the Singapore office by providing support to the local team
  • Create and implement culture, social programs, and workplace procedures
  • Respond to facilities inquiries and ensure timely service delivery to employees
  • Maintain office appearance and coordinate meeting setups
  • Manage food and snack programs, including inventory and budgeting
  • Assist with event setup, including AV support, vendor sourcing, and running errands
  • Coordinate property management requests and vendors
  • Manage the office badge and access program
  • Lead local new hire onboarding and coordinate equipment with IT
  • Manage the allocated Singapore office budget
  • Provide administrative support to the Country Manager
  • Lead logistics for executive and senior leadership team visits

Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative or office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and G-Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to assess priorities quickly and work within company protocols
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (College coursework preferred)
