About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day New York office operations to ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment
- Coordinate visitor logistics, including greeting, social bookings, and staff access
- Facilitate new hire onboarding through office tours, equipment setup, and orientation support
- Manage office supplies, pantry inventory, catering orders, and mail distribution
- Oversee conference room calendars and desk assignments
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors, building support, and maintenance repairs
- Manage office health and safety procedures, including fire drills and emergency equipment upkeep
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities, social events, and company-wide outings
- Deliver regular office communications via Slack and email to the local team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a related field
- Background in office management or facilities operations preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Proficiency in G Suite and relevant software applications
- Proactive, resourceful, and independent problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
