About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location
- Develop and maintain working relationships with associated doctors
- Manage human resources including recruitment, training, coaching, and development
- Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations
- Maintain facility to corporate standards, including safety, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements
- Monitor and enforce company cash handling policies and procedures
- Execute day-to-day operations such as scheduling, meetings, and inventory management
Requirements
- Management experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to pass a background check as required by the state
- Ability to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
- Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry related experience
- ABO, NCLE, or LDO credentials
- State Optician’s License where required
