About the role

Responsibilities

  • Direct and execute the overall sales and profitability of an individual office location
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with associated doctors
  • Manage human resources including recruitment, training, coaching, and development
  • Conduct performance reviews and compensation evaluations
  • Maintain facility to corporate standards, including safety, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements
  • Monitor cash handling policies and submit financial documents accurately
  • Execute day-to-day operations such as scheduling, meetings, and inventory management

Requirements

  • Management experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to pass a state-required background check
  • Ability to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States
  • Ability to perform physical activities including walking, standing, and lifting up to 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry related experience
  • ABO, NCLE, or LDO certifications
