About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the main office and reception area
- Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative staff
- Manage student enrollment, registration processes, and documentation
- Maintain student cumulative records and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate office calendars, meetings, events, and facility use
- Serve as a primary contact for students, families, and community members
- Manage office supply inventories and equipment needs
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of increasingly responsible administrative office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and school databases
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven time management and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration or Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising administrative staff
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- CPR Certification
