About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the main office and reception area
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate administrative staff
  • Manage student enrollment, registration processes, and documentation
  • Maintain student cumulative records and ensure data integrity
  • Coordinate office calendars, meetings, events, and facility use
  • Serve as a primary contact for students, families, and community members
  • Manage office supply inventories and equipment needs

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of increasingly responsible administrative office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and school databases
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven time management and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration or Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising administrative staff
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • CPR Certification
